Dylan Nonaka is the team leader and Broker in Charge for The Agency Team Hawaii. The team did 895 transactions for $421m in volume in 2024 and is Hawaii’s #1 producing Real Estate team according to Real Trends National Rankings. They are currently #3 nationally in eXp for units sold in 2025. The Agency Team Hawaii was founded in 2019 in Kailua Kona, Hawaii, with 5 agents and has since grown to over 150 agents across all four major Hawaiian Islands.

Dylan was born and raised on his family’s coffee farm in Capt Cook, attended Konawaena High School and joined the United States Marine Corps shortly after graduation. After deploying to Operation Iraqi Freedom he returned home to attend the University of Hawaii at Hilo and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science in 2007. Prior to real estate, he worked in appointed positions in the Governor's office and Honolulu City Council. Dylan continues to serve in the armed forces as an Engineer Officer in the Army Reserve.
